This architectural practice was set up by its principal architect, Seth Handley, after working at Pritzker, Stirling and RIBA award winning architectural practices in London. The majority of projects undertaken by this architect's practice are residential. Projects vary in size from multiple unit residential developments to additions to existing buildings.

This architectural practice has worked with Merton local authority planning officers to obtain planning permissions for a change of use, from commercial (A3) to residential (C3), incorporating four new residential units including, amongst others, a new detached Chalet-style detached house and new floor for the Duplex apartment.
