AEW have worked hard during 2020 to keep this project running always looking at differing ways to save time by getting key elements or finishes from differing suppliers. The project entailed a new Ground Floor, First Floor and the addition of a new Second Floor for the outrigger as well as a new roof for the house including new loft conversion. The project also included a new heating system with all new radiators and new wiring with consumer unit.
