This practice was set up by its principal, Seth Handley architect, after working at Pritzker, Stirling and RIBA award winning architectural practices in London. The majority of projects undertaken by this architect's practice are residential. Projects vary in size from multiple unit residential developments to additions to existing buildings. 

This architectural practice has worked with Merton local authority planning officers to obtain planning permissions for a change of use, from commercial (A3) to residential (C3), incorporating four new residential units including, amongst others, a new detached Chalet-style detached house and new floor for the Duplex apartment.  

This architect's practice has extensive experience in obtaining planning permissions for clients in sensitive; 'Conservation Areas'.  

This architectural practice in Wimbledon is also experienced in the use of 'Permitted Development' to maximise a client's potential development for side extensions, rear extensions, loft conversions, extra buildings on the site and new porches.  This also includes extensive experience with 'Prior Approval' applications for rear extensions from between 3m and 6m long.

This architectural practice specialises in 'Full Plans' submissions to Local Authorities for Building Control agreement.  It has extensive experience in making successful submissions with regard to the Conservation of Fuel and Power (ADL1B) for highly glazed projects.

This architect's practice also prepares tender documents including the writing of bespoke specifications (NBS), to enable lump sum quotes to be obtained.

This architectural practice can assist in compiling a list of builders with appropriate experience; to quote.  This practice can review tender returns, prepare the contract for signatures and administer the contract during the building work.
