AEW have worked hard to obtain planning permission for extensions to this detached house including a change in use.
The design involved replanning of the inside of a three storey detached house in Wimbledon to allow it to be used by the employer while also being allowed to let various floors at differing times according to needs. The design involved creating a grand entrance hall and providing a lift for the various floors.
It also required the provision of bathing and sanitary accommodation on every floor. The extensions allowed the house to become three levels all the way out to the rear and replace the conservatory with more fitting construction.
The design involved co-ordinating with the employer, neighbours and planning department using pre application services. The design also included a new extended roof with new finish and rooflights and air sourced heat pump cooling.
